This book is a fast paced adventure, that deals mostly with the relationships among the various characters. The book could be described as an entertaining read in some ways but it's not. Ghum Hai Kisi key Pyaar Meiin Future Story. We learn more about the circumstances that led to the kidnapping as well as the imprisoning of the pirate captain halfway through the novel. We also learn that Ghum has been chosen to be among the people selected to embark on this journey.
The novel's magic system is superb. It flows well and is simple to comprehend yet it retains an element of mystery. I loved how one character could look into the future while another still alive. The descriptions of exotic locales were fascinating, and I loved how they were set up to create a sense surprise. The part that really made the adventure work was the final chapter where we finally find out what exactly happened to the pirates that were able to capture the ship that brought Ghum Hana to Tobago.
This book is not for the children, but it is definitely for adults. There are some dark themes in this book however, there are also happy endings.
